divShare is so unprofessional

I can't believe how unprofessional they are. They promised that files will never expire. Now without any warning, they have removed all the old files. I had foolishly relied on their promise and did not peg some of my uploaded files to my divshare account. Now, they are all gone. If they are trying to piss people off, they did it. I am pissed off since I lost some files. A more professional way of dealing with things would be to remind users to log in if they want to keep their files online beyond 7 days. They should do this only for the new files and maintain their promise for the old files. Thumbs down to you, divShare. You have a wonderful service but you have just lost my trust in you.
